Breeders:
The purpose of this website is to help protect the integrity and reputation of chinchilla breeders, while at the same time, providing a secure place to voice concerns about other breeders or buyers. These concerns will be taken seriously, and all possible steps will be taken to either prove or disprove these concerns, so as to protect those involved.
By submitting your information for this portion of the site, you agree to allow jurors to inquire concerning comments made, as well as allow honest comments to be posted, and a rating to be attached to your name, based on customer experience. Everyone starts off with the same rating. If you would like to be removed from being listed, you may only do so if you have not already been rated. Once rated, a breeder may only be removed if they are no longer breeding. Listings can be edited however, just contact support for editing.
For breeders submitting a rating about a buyer, all positive comments will be posted immediately. All negative comments or ratings will not be posted unless valid proof is submitted and the jurors have all come to a decision after evaluating it.
Buyers:

Any comments on the site are posted because they have been confirmed to the best of the jurors abilities, and because they honestly reflect upon either breeder or buyer. All buyers may submit themselves to be listed for comments and ratings from breeders they have purchased from. By submitting yourself for rating, you agree to allow jurors to inquire concerning comments made, as well as allow honest comments to be posted, and a rating to be attached to your name, based on experiences. When submiting yourself, realise that you may only be removed if you have not been rated. Listings are permanent once a rating has been done. Editing your listing can be done by contacting support.

Positive Comments & Ratings:
All positive comments and ratings will be immediately posted on the site.
Negative Comments & Ratings:
All negative comments and ratings will first go through a panel of jurors before being submitted to the site. The jurors have the right to refuse the posting of such comments or ratings if there is any reason of doubt. There must be valid proof shown that a negative issue did coincide between a breeder and buyer. Proof of vet statements, pictures, and proof of purchase. There must be proof a breeder did not try to resolve the issue with an offer or a client did not attempt resolution between the breeder and themselves.
All comments/ratings below a one are investigated before being posted. Heresay and rumors are not permitted. Only your own experience is able to be permitted on the site after approval from all four jurors.
How Our Site Works:
A panel of four people across U.S.A. and Canada judge all negative comments that come in with open minds, just like that of the justice system. There are alternate jurors to take the place of the regular jurors if there is a comment submitted that is a conflict of interest with a juror. Jurors remain anonymous to the public. Some are pet owners and some are pet breeders. This way there is an open mind towards comments made and all is equally fair in deciding the outcome of whether a negative comment or rating shall be posted or not.
Ratings are based upon percentages of good and bad dealings with a breeder or client.
People looking for a breeder in their area or those who want to check up on a client in their area before selling or buying, may write the administration to have access to the previous sellers or buyers that the person dealt with. Each person who submits a rating for a buyer or breeder must understand that if others are interested in learning more about the buyer or breeder they submitted the rating for, their email will be given out if requested. If you do not want your personal information or email accessed for ratings, please specify this when rating the breeder or buyer.
This site is not designed to slander a client or breeder. This is not about personality conflicts with another person or about personal issues. This site is only for honest comments made about purchases between breeders and clients. If a comment is not founded to be true or honest after investigation by the jurors, they reserve the right to not allow it submitted to the site.
